A woman like Amanda Daley – innovator, leader, woman to keep your eyes on – knows the truth of how accurate MLK was when he said “Faith is taking the first step even when you don’t see the whole staircase.” I would venture to guess that if you were to sit in the company of Amanda Daley on a warm Parisian afternoon you she would giddily agree that it is exactly that form of faith that an entrepreneur must never let go of, you would likely find yourself digging deeper and deeper into what it means to be a leader and an influencer and you would see Amanda as a model for a woman willing to stand in the fire of transformation and a model for what success is possible when you are willing to have the faith to take that first step discovering how quickly not only one stair but suddenly infinite staircases come into view and the question no longer is can I take the first step but which miraculous staircase do I choose? I’m curious. Keep your eyes on Amanda and I think you will likely be lead up to some very deliciously dizzying heights.

The excitement I felt capturing Donna Oetzel last week in San Francisco was a new kind of excitement. Not only because Donna is a journalist curious to share about what The Personal Branding Experience is but because Donna & I have known each other for well over a decade, having attended each others weddings and grown close through my amazing ex-husband. The excitement I felt was as much about capturing her beauty, wisdom and fun as it was spending the day with a woman who manages to balance a loving marriage, a happy family, a writing and consulting career and one who I hold close to my heart. Donna, I love how you laugh, how you want to understand and love all parts of yourself, how you come as alive climbing trees as you do with your head lost deep in a book. I love that you called on me for this adventure and I curiously anticipate getting lost in your world again and again.
